Refund Policy – Body Sculpting Services

At The Sculpting Spa, we are committed to providing high-quality body sculpting treatments and ensuring client satisfaction. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking services.

Non-Refundable Services

All body sculpting treatments, packages, and sessions are non-refundable once purchased. This includes single sessions, prepaid packages, and promotional offers.

Results may vary based on individual body types, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions. No specific results are guaranteed.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session.

Medical Exceptions

If a client is deemed medically unfit to continue treatments (with a doctor’s note), unused sessions may be credited towards other services or transferred to another individual, at management’s discretion.

Prepaid Packages

Prepaid packages are non-transferable and non-refundable. However, clients may use the balance towards other eligible services.
